Generally quite good, but the owners were the city of melville council, which meant - the contractors that they use typically don't service residential properties. Because of this, sometimes there were communications issues between the property managers, the owners (city of melville) and the contractors, and this would result in maintenance people coming at unexpected times, or repairs taking a while to get done. Overall the property was generally well looked after. The communications issues were the main concern during our ~5 year tenancy.
