Had a great experience here. Beautiful area to live - right near the shops, buses into Freo and right near Murdoch University. A little bit of road noise from South Street depending on where in the complex you lived. Neighbours were very friendly, generally a very quiet and well kept neighbourhood. Really enjoyed my time there. Landlord for that unit was fantastic.
